Business Office:

HR / Payroll Administrator

Longmeadow Country Club is looking for a self-motivated person to round out our business office. Experience in HR and payroll processing is preferred. Intermediate skill level in MS applications including Excel and Word is required. The primary responsibilities for this part time 20 hour per week job are as follows:

  • Onboard new hires
  • Track benefit eligibility
  • Process workers compensation claims. Update, maintain and post OSHA reports
  • Process unemployment claims
  • Determine and process ACA form 1095C
  • Prepare 401k census for filing form 5500
  • Compile all timekeeping reports and process biweekly payroll via ADP
  • Track and report sick and vacation time usage
  • Maintain and update vendor insurance liability log
  • Perform other duties as assigned
